Built for desert conditions. Our soils can be expansive and our caliche is no joke, so footings have to be done right or a wall will move. Monsoon winds put real load on a tall privacy wall, so block, rebar, and grout have to be up to it. We're a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor (ROC# 340536), and we build to code — not to whatever's fastest. Stucco and stone finishes are chosen to take the sun without fading or failing.
